Welcome at Neighbours' Network Terwijde

Terwijde is a neighbourhood which is part of the burough of Leidsche Rijn. Burennetwerk Terwijde is a network of neighbours aiming to get inhabitants in touch with eachother and to promote cooperation between them. This will contribute to a more active, beautiful, and safe Terwijde. We try to reach these goals by publishing a news letter, by creating a network of active neighbours (we call them a BUUR, click here to know what that means). We also organize activities to put the spotlight on active neighbours and to stimulate others in Terwijde to contribute. The first couple of years Burennetwerk Terwijde will focus on the theme of resilience, in order to be prepared for calamities that might occur. But we also want to promote sustainability and good contacts in our neighbourhood.

We have an agenda for Terwijde and will in the nearby futurer also provide an English version of our news letter.
